The INSIZE 3127-1004 Digital Three Points Internal Micrometer Set is a precision measuring instrument designed for accurate measurement of internal diameters and cylindrical bores from 50mm to 100mm. The set includes four interchangeable three-point internal micrometers covering 50–63mm, 62–75mm, 75–88mm and 87–100mm, providing versatile coverage for industrial dimensional inspection.
The micrometers provide a 0.001mm / 0.00005" resolution and approximately 5µm accuracy, making the set suitable for precision machining and quality-control applications. The three-point measuring system provides stable contact inside cylindrical bores, while the carbide measuring faces and ratchet stop support repeatable measurements.
The set is supplied with Ø62mm and Ø87mm setting rings and a 150mm extension rod for calibration and extended-reach measurements. It also features IP65 dust/water protection, digital mm/inch conversion, data output and automatic power-off functionality.
