Application Guidelines:
Surface Preparation:
Ensure that the bonding surfaces are clean, dry, smooth, and free from dust, grease, oil, and other contaminants.
Roughen smooth surfaces and remove any existing coatings or residues to promote adhesion.
Application:
Apply Fevicol PL-111 adhesive evenly onto both bonding surfaces using a brush, roller, spreader, or spray equipment.
Allow the adhesive to set for the recommended open time to achieve proper tackiness before bringing the surfaces together.
Assembly:
Join the prepared surfaces together firmly, applying pressure evenly to ensure intimate contact and maximum bond strength.
Clamp or support the assembly as needed to maintain alignment and pressure during the curing process.
Drying Time:
Allow the adhesive to dry fully according to the manufacturer's recommended drying time before subjecting the bonded assembly to mechanical or thermal loads.
Cleanup:
Clean up any excess adhesive from the bonded assembly or surrounding areas using a damp cloth or sponge before it dries completely
