The INSIZE 2136-50 High Precision Digital Indicator is a precision measuring instrument designed for high-accuracy dimensional inspection, machining and quality-control applications. With a 50.8mm / 2" measuring range, it is suitable for checking dimensional variations, component movement, positions and runout over a larger measuring range.
The indicator provides 0.0005mm / 0.00002" resolution and 4µm accuracy, making it suitable for demanding precision measurement applications. It also features 2µm hysteresis and a maximum measuring force of 2.3N.
The 2136-50 features a flat-back design with a liftable measuring cap. Its digital display includes a running analog pointer that helps indicate the direction of movement without relying only on the numerical reading. The display can rotate by 270° for convenient viewing.
The indicator uses an absolute encoder, supports Max./Min./TIR measurement, tolerance functions, mm/inch conversion and data output through USB. Its rechargeable Li-battery provides up to 30 hours of continuous operation. IP54 protection applies when the measuring cap is fitted.
