The INSIZE 2149-2 Inductive Digital Comparator (High Accuracy) is a high-precision measuring instrument designed for detecting very small dimensional deviations in precision inspection and comparative measurement applications. With a 2mm measuring range and an exceptional 0.1µm resolution, it is designed for demanding metrology and quality-control environments.
The inductive measuring system provides 0.5µm accuracy, 0.2µm hysteresis and 0.3µm repeatability, making the comparator suitable for applications where extremely fine measurement variations need to be identified. Its ruby probe provides reliable contact with the measured surface.
The comparator features both digital and analog readings, with a display that can rotate through 320° for convenient viewing. Built-in wireless transmission allows measurement data to be transferred without requiring a wired connection, while a touch sensor enables data transmission without pressing a conventional button and potentially disturbing the measurement setup.
The INSIZE 2149-2 also supports Max/Min/TIR measurement, tolerance Go/No-Go indication, data preset, data hold, measuring-direction change, inch/mm conversion and absolute/incremental measurement. It can store 10 parameter sets and 999 groups of values. The rechargeable battery provides up to 12 hours of continuous operation.
