The MECO CT SET D is a high-performance Flexible Current Transformer (CT) Probe Set developed specifically for use with the MECO PHA 5850 Series Power & Harmonics Analyzers. The kit includes three flexible AC current probes (R, Y, and B phases), enabling accurate and safe current measurement without disconnecting live electrical conductors.
Designed with Rogowski coil technology, the CT SET D provides excellent flexibility for measuring current on oversized cables, busbars, and conductors located in confined or difficult-to-access areas. The probes support 120 A and 1200 A AC measurement ranges, making them suitable for electrical panels, distribution systems, industrial machinery, substations, HVAC equipment, and commercial power installations.
When used with the MECO PHA 5850 Analyzer, the CT SET D allows comprehensive monitoring of electrical parameters including current, active power (kW), reactive power (kVAR), apparent power (kVA), power factor, frequency, energy consumption, phase angle, Total Harmonic Distortion (THD), and harmonics up to the 99th order. This helps engineers detect overloads, harmonic distortion, unbalanced loads, and other power quality issues quickly and accurately.
The flexible probes feature an 18-inch (approximately 46–48 cm) measuring loop, allowing easy installation around conductors while maintaining high measurement accuracy.
